Booking conditions

RESERVATION AND SERVICES

You can stay in our accommodations Villa Nobilia | Book Villa Verdi and apartments via the website. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit in advance. If the booking is made within four weeks before your stay, the total amount and any deposit must be paid in one payment at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed booking will not be accepted.

For bookings made via the website or our booking channels, the rates applicable at that time apply. Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments is at all times entitled not to accept or execute a reservation, or to attach additional conditions to the acceptance or execution of a reservation.

Personal data that Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and Apartments collects from you will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments. Click here to view the Privacy Policy.

 

You must use the services of Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, accepted standards of decency and reasonable instructions from  Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments, as published on the website or provided in the accommodations. It is therefore not permitted to use the services for illegal purposes, in a manner that could damage the rights and/or interests of third parties or which, in the opinion of Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments could in any way damage Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments. If you act contrary to the foregoing, Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments reserve the right to refuse further services to you. You are liable for all damages and expenses suffered by Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments as a result of the violation of this provision, without any prior claim or notice of default being necessary.

PAYMENT
Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and Apartments do not accept cash payments.

The rates quoted on the website include VAT and any other surcharges, unless otherwise specified. Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and Apartments reserves the right to change these rates without notice for reasons that warrant it.

In the event of failure to make (timely) payment, you are in default, without any prior claim or notice of default being necessary. If you still fail to pay despite the claim or notice of default, Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments have the right to transfer the claim to a third party.

HOUSE RULES

  • By entering the complex or accommodation Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments you automatically agree to the following rules of conduct:

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all guests.

  • We ask you and your fellow traveler for an ID at check-in - All guests staying must be administered by ID by Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments.

  • Employee and security requests must be followed at all times.

  • Verbal or physical; any form of harassment, violence, aggression or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. In case of violation of this you must leave the accommodation immediately. If you witness such behavior, please report it immediately to the property manager(s) of Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and Apartments.

  • The use of so-called soft drugs/hashish or marijuana is not allowed (not even in public areas), nor is laughing gas. The use of soft drugs on the site is not allowed. Cigarette smoking is only allowed outside the building. If you smoke inside our accommodations, you will be charged a full night's smoking fine.

  • The use and possession of hard drugs is strictly prohibited.

  • The police will be contacted for possession of a weapon. Possessing an object that can be used as a weapon is also not allowed.

  • According to Antillean law, we reserve the right to refuse access.

  • Use or shared use by third parties of the guesthouse is only permitted if Villa Nobilia owner has given written permission for this.

  • Conditions may be attached to the given permission, which must then be laid down in writing in advance.

  • Holding parties and parties with third parties or other forms of gathering is not allowed.

  • No more than the number of persons specified may stay in the guesthouse.

  • By renting an accommodation you are responsible for the behavior of your guests, if permission has been given for receiving from third parties.

  • Having nitro-oxygen cylinders in the room is prohibited.

  • For your and our safety, open fires such as candles, fireworks, barbecues, camping, etc. are not allowed.

  • We do not allow persons who create an atmosphere that we as Villa Nobilia | Experience Villa Verdi and apartments unpleasant for our employees and guests, this can lead to denial of access to Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments.

  • Valuables must be stored in a safe when absent.

  • Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or an official guardian.

  • Any verbal or physical sexual innuendo/conduct towards our employees or guests will not be tolerated and may result in a forced departure, order to leave the premises.

  • It is forbidden to transfer property of Villa Nobilia | Villa Verdi and apartments take outside the plot.

  • When damaging our property, you will be held liable for the repair and/or renewal costs. We will therefore withhold the deposit for the costs.

  • When you leave one of our accommodations, everything must be cleaned up, garbage removed and in the condition you received from us at check-in.

  • Receiving paid guests for sexual activities is prohibited.

  • Spreading confetti in the apartment or villas is not allowed. 

  • Bringing pets to Villa Nobilia and Verdi accommodations is not allowed.

FACILITIES / SERVICE

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have the following facilities or services:

  • Stay incl. bed & bath linen

  • incl. water and electricity consumption(electricity max. 25 KwH per day) - if we notice that many consumption is we will charge this to take in accordance with rates from our energy supplier;

  • Intermediate cleaning apartment on request $55,-

  • If you want to have your clothes washed and returned to the host before 12:00 (on working days), has been issued, it will be issued the next day after 15:00 given back. For prices, please contact the host; 

  • Free bed and bath linen change every 3 days - love the planet; 

  • Car rental: in collaboration with 2 rental companies - ask for the options;

  • Shuttle service (to and from the Airport) $35 per trip;

  • Check-in at 2:00 PM - Check-out on departure day at 11:00 AM; Late check out if available;
